Exhibiting at the Fair is by invitation only
Applications for a stall are required by 1st March.
Email applications are welcomed but please attach readable files and no more than 4 photos.
A link to your website is fine.
Replies and confirmation will be emailed or sent during March.
Please provide written details of your products with price range and up to 4 photographs.
A photograph of your stall when set up is required for new applications.
If applying by post and you require your information to be returned then please include an appropriate size stamped, addressed envelope.
Successful applicants will be sent the booking forms. Then you must confirm by the set date with payment, to secure your place.
BACS payments only are accepted. All details are on the booking form.
Included - Tables (6' trestle), chairs, power sockets.
Cost - with or without tables -
6' : £90.00 6'+ : £100.00 9' : £130.00 9'+ £140.00 12' : £180.00 18' : £220.00
The + applies to 6’ and 9’ spaces. If your stall exceeds the measured limits or goes beyond the table sides with carousels, shelving.
Extra display equipment - such as rails or carousels, must be declared on the application form and will need to book a 'plus' area on the booking form.
Lunch is pre-booked with application forms at £8 each.
Insurance is mandatory and any electrical equipment must have a PAT test certificate.
10% of your stall takings from the Fair must be paid before departure.
