Exhibiting information

Applications for a stall are required in January and February.

Email applications are preferred. A link to your website is fine.

Replies and confirmation will be sent during March.

Please provide written details of your products with price range and up to 4 photographs.

A photograph of your stall when set up is required for new applications.

If applying by post and you require your information to be returned then please include an appropriate size stamped, addressed envelope.  

Successful applicants will be sent the booking forms. Payment confirms the booking.

BACS payments only are accepted. All details are on the booking form.

Included - Tables (6' trestle), chairs, power sockets.

Cost - with or without tables -  

6' : £90.00   6'+ : £100.00    9' : £130.00    9'+ £140.00   12' : £180.00   18' : £220.00

The + applies to 6’ and 9’ spaces. It allows more space at either end of the table and allows better placement for your stall.

Extra display equipment - such as rails or carousels, must be declared on the application form.

If you have these you will need to book a 'plus' area on the booking form.

Lunch is pre-booked with the booking form at £8 each.

Insurance is mandatory and any electrical equipment must have a PAT test certificate.

10% of your stall takings from the Fair must be paid before departure.
