Applications to exhibit at the Fair is by invitation only and must be received by the end of January for that year, via email or post to:- WCF. Speeds Farm. BA4 6NH. When replying with your details you must provide relevant written information, photographs and an A5 S.A.E.

If approved, we then send the application forms, which you reply to with payment.

Each table has 2’ either side for access and ample storage space behind.

We provide –
Tables, chairs, power sockets, tea/coffee, packed lunch for up to 2 per stall

10% of stall takings from the day must be paid before departure.

Insurance is mandatory and any electrical equipment must have a PAT test certificate.

Any extra display equipment, such as rails or carousels, must be declared on the application form. Failure to do this and then appear with extra stands, taking up more space than allocated, will result in an additional charge of £50 on the day.

Please be honest about your products to avoid repetition and clashes with other stalls. If there are items on your stall that were not listed in your application you may be asked to remove them. This is strict treatment but to everyone’s benefit.
