Exhibiting at the Fair is by invitation only
Applications for a place are required in January, closing date is the end of February.
Stall dimensions height, depth and width of any extra equipment are required.
Provide written details of your products with up to 4 photographs and price range.
If applying by post and you require your information to be returned then please include an appropriate size stamped, addressed envelope (SAE).
Email applications are welcomed but please attach readable files and no more than 4 photos.
Replies and confirmation will be emailed or sent during March, whether the application
has been successful or not.
Successful applicants will be sent the relevant forms. Then you must confirm by the set date with payment, to secure your place. Only BACS payments are accepted.
Included - Tables, chairs, power sockets and all day refreshments. Each table has plenty of access and storage space.
Lunch is extra at £5 each, pre-booked with application forms, or £8 on the day.
Insurance is mandatory and any electrical equipment must have a PAT test certificate, proof of both on the application form. These are liable to random checks.
Extra display equipment, such as rails or carousels, must be declared on the application form. Failure to do this and then on the day, taking up more space than allocated, could result in an additional charge of £35.
Please be honest about your products to avoid repetition and clashes with other stalls.
If there are items displayed on your stall that were not listed on your application form, you may be asked to remove them.
10% of your stall takings from the Fair must be paid before departure.
